Holiday Homes

All our holiday caravans and (future) lodges are priced and sold ready for immediate occupation on completion. All new units are licensed for eleven months holiday use (closure month February) and all new sale units are double glazed and centrally heated to enable visits in the winter season. Buyers who wish to reside permanently should consider a unit on our Park Homes estate.

Mains sewage, water and electricity supply connections along with a complete skirting of each home (to improve appearances and insulation) are included in the sited sale prices. A verandah and decking is a popular option for improving outdoor living and for increasing available storage. If ordered at the same time as a unit is bought, savings of up to 25% can be made on installed verandah prices.

Heating on our park is presently by bottled gas.

All holiday homes on our park are for holiday use only (in compliance with our park licence). Holiday caravans have the benefit of an initial ten year (pitch) licence, issued under BH&HPA standard terms. Holiday Lodges will be offered on the same licence system, but with a much longer initial licence period. Our first show lodge should be on the park for viewing this season, with the first ten to fifteen plots released for reservation in the coming months.

The annual pitch rents for holiday homes include a contribution to the park's general rates and so there is no liability to Council Tax on your holiday home.

Choose your unit from our local stock or if you have a special model in mind, we can order it for you direct.

Park Homes

Our park is also licensed for twelve park homes and presently we have one vacant plot, ready for siting a new home to a buyer's specification with a maximum unit size of 42' x20', plus a detached Compton Apex garage. Prices start from £119,000. For further details of this or of any established park home for sale please click here, & for a downloadable guide to living on this park click here.

All park homes enjoy security of tenure under a park home pitch (ground rent) tenancy and are presently rated Council Tax Band A.
