Our park has completed the first phase of upgrading and renewal (reflected by our winning Bellamy Gold
Conservation Awards, 3 star grading and category 1 Accessibility grading). We are also proud to be the
only park in the East of England to have won a (silver) award in the Green Tourism Business Scheme. We
are now working on a rolling development programme, incorporating new layouts for 12ft. wide holiday
caravans and 20 ft wide holiday lodges in zones around the park.
The first of these zones is now laid out with our new show home stock with most pitches enjoying marina
and river views. The ground also has now been cleared for our first holiday lodge development, which will
enjoy unrestricted views of the Roman ruins. The second phase of holiday lodges with marina and river views
will start this winter.
Capital Bank finance for most of the cost of your new holiday home can be arranged on very competitive terms,
with repayments usually over seven years. Please note however that this is not a commercial letting park and
commercial sub letting may not be used as a way of servicing loan payments.
Many holiday home owners at Burgh Castle Marina also keep a boat in the marina. There are dry berths for
smaller boats as well as pontoon moorings and there are over 125 miles of navigable waterways to explore
in Broadland on your doorstep, whilst the open sea is but an hour’s sail away.
